What should you know before signing up?

Choose a character, shape their personality and take the conversation beyond text with images, voice and video. Candy AI puts those tools in one place, but the subscription is only part of the bill: media uses tokens.

What does Candy AI include?

Candy AI is a simulated companion service, not a way to contact a real date or performer. Its public subscription page groups character creation, text messaging, images and video in one Premium offer. The terms also identify voice notes among token-funded features. That range makes it a plausible shortlist option when you want conversation with media alongside it.

The feature list establishes availability, not performance. We have not measured character consistency, response speed, memory or image quality. A polished example on a sales page is not a repeatable test result. Use any available preview to see whether the interaction suits you before making a long commitment.

What will you actually pay?

Our public-page check displayed a €13.99 monthly option and a €47.88 annual bill, advertised as €3.99 per month. The annual number is a monthly equivalent, not an option to pay €3.99 and leave after one month. The page also warns that local taxes can apply. Different regions, promotions and account states may show another offer.

Keep two budgets: access and extras. The observed plan carries 100 monthly tokens, but that number alone does not tell you how many images or minutes of voice you can afford. We did not verify a complete current per-action tariff. Before checkout, inspect the cost of the specific features you expect to use and leave room for that spending.

What happens when you cancel?

Candy directs subscribers to Settings / Unsubscribe. Its terms distinguish stopping the next renewal from immediately ending access: the current paid period continues. At its end, remaining subscription tokens become unusable and do not transfer to a later subscription. Cancellation is not the same as a refund request.

Keep confirmation of your renewal setting and the access end date. If a purchase is disputed, read the applicable refund section, including regional provisions, rather than assuming that an unused balance is cash you can withdraw. The terms have separate conditions for subscriptions and token purchases.

How private should you assume the experience is?

Treat an AI conversation as information given to an online service, not as an offline diary. Candy publishes a privacy notice describing processing and payment providers, and its terms advise against sharing sensitive personal details. A discreet card descriptor does not prove anonymity or establish how conversation data is retained.

Our recommendation is deliberately narrower than a security score: review the policy, limit identifying information and decide whether you are comfortable with the service before sharing anything personal. We have not audited its infrastructure or verified deletion end to end.
